Shipping policy

Free 2nd Class Signed For shipping on orders over £150+, or Free 1st Class Signed For shipping on orders over £250+.

All orders of 3 items or less are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For larger quantity orders we require longer to make the order.

We offer a backorder option for many of our products, enabling us to directly order what is needed for your order. Please note this means we require a 2 week wait time for the products to get to us, and then delivery after this may take a further 2 weeks to arrive especially for larger orders.

Free local delivery is available for orders over £50 within PL postcodes. For orders under £50, we charge £5 for local delivery. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and therefore a phone number is required for local direct delivery.

If any changes to courier is required, we will contact you immediately to notify you. However we will always chose a shipping option with the same (or less) amount of estimated shipping days to ensure on time delivery. (For example: If the courier chosen at checkout goes on strike). You will not be charged for necessary changes to shipping.

Please note: the current Royal Mail strikes have been known to result in delays for themselves and other companies that have become overwhelmed with the increase in deliveries. And whilst every action has been taken to avoid delays, The Proposal Box Co. cannot be held liable for delays caused by strikes.
